### Issue Description

#### Expectation
Properly handle axe-internal issues.

#### Actual
I see errors from the extension in the console, just on a particular webpage. I have "Collect errors" disabled in the extension settings but, they still appear _making it hard to distinguish what is an issue with the extension and what may be an issue in my webpage._
