aria-supported.md doc is kind of old

This file still refers to WAI-ARIA 1.1 I think we should start listing things from ARIA 1.3 instead, like `aria-description` for example. Since this file is automatically generated this needs a little coding work. We'll have to look where to get this info from. Not sure it's in aria-query yet?

Investigate whether aria-query contains ARIA 1.3 data, including aria-description, and identify the source used to generate the listing.
