Product: axe Linter
Expectation: linter extension will highlight axe rule violations in React code
Actual: Extension does not work after creating `axe-linter.yml` at the root of project and displays warning toast with message: 'Config Error: Unable to read axe-linter.yml file.'
Motivation: I would like to be able to use the extension as advertised.
