`:help ale_default_navigation` should list possible options

## What went wrong

Was trying to figure out how to use default navigation options. I did `:help default_navigation` and would appreciate if the doc gave a list of options. It currently felt a bit like a dead end.

Alternately, it could tell me to look somewhere else to find the list of options. I ended up finding them in `:help ALEFindReferences` after grepping the entire docs for `ale_default_navigation`.
