`eslint_d` process won't shut down

## What went wrong

I use this configuration to run a locally installed `eslint_d` process for Ale:

let g:ale_javascript_eslint_executable = 'eslint_d'
```

Normally the process starts up just fine, I launch vim, see `eslint_d` running as a task, and catching errors, being used as a fixer as normal.

However, once I shut down MacVim, the `eslint_d` process still appears to be running and never shuts down. I've never had this problem with any other types of servers, like TSServer for example, they alway seem to shut down properly.

I've also noticed, that if enough time goes by, and I relaunch MacVim later, the eslint_d process will fail to re-connect with the server that's been running for a while.
