[mypy] notes on line are cut off

## What went wrong
I opened a file with mypy errors. `:ALENext` jumps to the first error, but the information on the status line shows only part of the error message.

The mypy output shown in `ALEInfo` has line wrappings, which do not appear when I execute the same command in the command line from my shell.

## Reproducing the bug

1. Configure ALE to use mypy
1. Open a Python file which would show some mypy errors
1. Go to the line with the error with `ALENext`
1. Info line shows only half of the message `Item "None" of` instead of the whole error message `Item "None" of "Optional[RequestPattern]" has no attribute "call_count" [union-attr]`
