Linting with lint on insert leave enabled

## What went wrong

ALE is linting the file while in insert mode with
let g:ale_lint_on_insert_leave = 1

## Reproducing the bug

1. enable completion ( let g:ale_completion_enabled = 1 )
2. start editing code, if a suggestion comes up it will lint the file and point out errors
