Some errors are not not reported for Haskell linters

## What went wrong

Whenever I lint a file, `ALEInfo` shows the command ran, and gave the expected output, but I see nothing in the location list, and in fact, no indication of any errors at all.

## Reproducing the bug:

1. Open any file type which ALE recognizes and has a linter for.
2. Deliberately make an error, then save.
3. Note that nothing has changed in the buffer, and there's no indication of anything.
4. `:ALEInfo` and scroll to the bottom.
5. Observe the commands you wished you could have seen.
