deno.land/x/ docs and view source are no longer working

Take [sqlite](https://deno.land/x/sqlite@v3.9.1) for instance, many links in the readme point to the `/x/sqlite?doc` but these no longer seem to work. There also used to be 'View Documentation' and 'View Source' button on the left of module pages, but these no longer seem to be there either.

To make matters worse, [doc.deno.land](https://doc.deno.land/) has been programmed in a way to just redirect to deno.land/x/ pages instead of generating documentation, so there is no way to easily view the docs of modules anymore.
