Show a link to the created module page after adding a new module

I noticed that when you add a new module it shows "Module successfully registered!". But there's no easy way to get to the page of the created module after this. (and maybe I'm noticing these things because I'm publishing too many new modules, but i digress)

I reckon this is mostly because the page doesn't exist yet until you tag a new release, but even a link that leads to a 404 page would be helpful here I think.
