Deno File System API's root page has broken links on right sidebar related to truncating

On https://docs.deno.com/api/deno/file-system, there's 4 generated pages on top of the right sidebar (see below). I was hoping that by clicking on those links in the sidebar I could get a shortcut to those examples, but these links don't have any associated section on that given page (it was also confusing at first to read duplicated items).

They only work if you go to either
- https://docs.deno.com/api/deno/~/Deno.truncate
- https://docs.deno.com/api/deno/~/Deno.truncateSync

From what I'm assuming, this is a bug and the sidebar is incorrectly generating, because of the duplicated items + I didn't see any example links on the right sidebar for other APIs.
