[Bug]: Deno Deploy fails with "An internal server error occurred." immediately after cloning repository.

At some point about 3 days ago 11/23/2025 i started getting this error on deno deploy

sometimes after cloning the whole repo or sometimes before managing to clone
the issue is intermittent
sometimes forcing a redeploy works fine sometimes it doesn't deploy

i noticed someone had a similar issue in #706

### Steps to reproduce

have deno linked to your github repo and brances
push something to a branch

### Expected behavior

to deploy successfully
