[Bug]:

### Problem description

I had a registered domain in an early access org, but i changed my mind and wanted to attach that domain to a classig org, and deleted that domain, and the related DNS entries from the settings at the domain provider. Later, when I was trying to add that domain to a project under the classic org, the system said "already registered", and i cannot do anything to move things forward.
