I'm getting an Error Too Many Requests... Still after upgrading to Pro

Hi Deno Team,

I started getting 429'd while working with the playground. I upgraded to pro thinking that would help but still I'm getting the error.

Start with the attached screenshot and reproduce the 429 response in the playground using a Pro account. No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue, so first determine which playground request is rate-limited and compare its response with the account's plan. Done means the playground no longer incorrectly rejects the upgraded account, or the applicable limit is clearly reported.
