[Bug]: Install as a PWA shows a letter "A" as its icon instead of the dinosaur.

### Problem description

I don't think this is the intended logo:

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://dash.deno.com
2. In chrome
1. Click the 3 dots on the top right of Chrome
2. Click "Cast, save, and share"
3. Click "Install page as app"

### Expected behavior

An app (I think a progressive web app) is installed with the correct logo.

### Environment

- MacOS 15.1.1 (24B91)
- Chrome browser

### Possible solution

Maybe add [PWA](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Progressive_web_apps) support

### Additional context

This might sound like a feature request, but I think it's a bug. Even websites that don't have PWA support at least show an icon when installing.
