Description
### Problem description
When i tried to create two projects, linked to the same github repo, but with different branches, it always ended up, that one of the projects wasn't working and not even detecting commits from one branch. I have tried to do the same thing twice, but it still was a problem. An "API Error comes up" when I open the "deploys" tab.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Create an github repo with two branches
2. Create a deno deploy project, linked to the first branch
3. Create a second deno deploy project linked to the other one
4. Do some commits, after some time it brakes.
### Expected behavior
I think that it would be cool if you could make two project linked to one github repo, so the error doesn't appear.
### Environment
- Deno version: 2.0.9
- Platform Windows 11
- UserAgent: 'Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/130.0.0.0 Safari/537.36'
### Possible solution

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the issue with two Deno Deploy projects linked to different branches of one GitHub repository, then inspect the failing deploys-tab API request. Done means both projects detect commits from their configured branches and the deploys tab opens without an API error.
