Shorter interval option for account-wide metrics to view detailed graphs

[dash.deno.com/account/overview](http://dash.deno.com/account/overview) has "account-wide metrics" with interval options of last 24 hours and last 7 days.
It would be helpful to have more shorter interval to view detailed graphs.

Start at the account-wide metrics section of dash.deno.com/account/overview and inspect how the existing 24-hour and 7-day interval controls obtain their graph data. Add a shorter interval such as the last hour, and verify that the detailed graphs render correctly for that selection.
