Local connections to Deno KV are not counted in Analytics on dash.deno.com

### Steps to reproduce (if applicable)

1. Make the connection described in `Connect to this database from Deno CLI`.
2. Analytics does not count the `kv write unit`.

### Expected behavior (if applicable)

`kv write unit` is counted.
