[Bug]: The deployment failed: npm package 'uWebSockets.js' does not exist.

### Problem description

Out of the blue, I started receiving this error on Deploy, There was no dependency change on my side, and this just started to happen.

### Steps to reproduce

1. I don't know; there is not enough info on Deno deploy to help me debug it; the behavior changed on the deploy side, not on mine.

### Expected behavior

To deploy

### Environment

Deno Deploy doesn't have a Deno version, so I cannot provide any.
This happens when I deploy through github actions, using the official action. When deploying from local, everything works(but I cannot promote to prod because the DB is different).

### Possible solution

I don't know. I cannot debug; I only have an error message.
