error alarm feature

### What problem are you trying to solve?

If an error occurs in the log, have the ability to get notified, meaning if a `console.error` or some warning level for example, would be great to cut out having to have data dog or something like that.

### Describe the solution you'd like

So if the configured alarm is tripped based on the console.error or console.warning etc... then an email would go out or sms or teams or slack etc.
