[Bug]: Invoice organisation name

### Problem description

My organisation name is not appearing on the deno deploy invoices. Instead I can see what looks like my personal account name.

### Steps to reproduce

Create a personal account for billing, then change to an organisation and see that the invoicee details are not updated correctly with the organisation name.

### Expected behavior

I need invoices to refer to the organisation name.

### Possible solution

When an organisation is set up, also update associated invoicing details.
