Description

### Problem description

According to [this doc page](https://docs.deno.com/deploy/manual/ci_github), I should be redirected to a page with a default deploy.yml for me to add to my project.

I've tried linking a couple of times, but haven't been redirected to that page. Can someone share the url where I can find it?

### Steps to reproduce

1. go to https://dash.deno.com/projects/[project name]/settings
2. unlink the git integration
3. link the git integration, choose "github actions"

### Expected behavior

I should see a link to the deploy.yml file.

What is the link?

Research direction

The issue names the Deno Deploy project settings page, the GitHub Actions integration, the ci_github documentation page, and deploy.yml, but no source files or tests. Start by reproducing the unlink-and-relink flow and comparing it with the documentation; done means the settings flow exposes a working link to the default deploy.yml file.
