### What problem are you trying to solve?
It would be nice to have the ability to run a command before deploying. (e.g. `deno task build`)
I think this is currently possible using GitHub Actions, but it would be nice to be able to easily configure it from the dashboard.

For example [railway](https://railway.app/) supports this kind of configuration. https://docs.railway.app/deploy/builds#build-command
