Ability to create tags and apply tags to projects, so we can filter and search orgs for specific project tags.

### What problem are you trying to solve?

I can see a situation soon where I have an organisation with many services, frontend, backend apis, different projects for environment for all these services. It will be difficult to easily differentiate between projects and keep relevant projects in view.

### Describe the solution you'd like

I'd love to be able to assign multiple tags to each project. So I can filter through tags to quickly navigate to the correct projects and keep them filtered and in scope.

### Describe alternatives you've considered

Ability to colour code project cards, or change the border colour to match the tag colour so when searching for projects within an team/org its easier to find them.
