Shortcut for deploying recently pushed repositories

### What problem are you trying to solve?

Linking a new project requires 5 steps:

- `+New Project`
- select repository
- select branch
- select entrypoint
- input project name

I wish I could simplify this procedure more.

### Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to be able to deploy with one click directly from the [project page](https://dash.deno.com/projects) in the dashboard.
Ideally, the recently pushed repositories, main branch, etc. are already populated and the user can just hit the link button.
