Description
For something like code mode, we need the ability to pass stubs across an isolate boundary to a dynamic worker to allow tool callbacks. This requires cross-isolate RPC. It's documented as a gap at https://github.com/denoland/celld/blob/main/docs/cloudflare-compat.md#rpc, so this issue is just to track that.
