Description

A generated project starts with working infrastructure and an empty backlog, and the developer is on their own to get from "here is the product I want to build" to a set of tracked work items. The idea is to ship an ideation flow with the project — as a command or skill in its agent files, alongside the guardrails — that the developer runs at the start: a guided session that draws the product out of them and registers the result as epics in their tracker, each deliberately coarse and refined into concrete work later, one at a time.

Two properties matter. The session output is epics, not tasks — refinement is a separate later activity, so the kickoff stays cheap and does not pretend to know detail nobody has yet. And it ships scaffolded rather than as a `gonext` subcommand, so the developer owns the file and can adapt the flow to how their team actually plans, at the cost of it freezing at the version they scaffolded with.

Came out of an ideation session, not a scoped request.

Research direction

Start by locating the agent files and guardrails used in a generated project, then inspect the gonext subcommand entry point. Done means a scaffolded kickoff flow guides the developer from a product idea to coarse epics in their tracker, while leaving refinement as a separate activity; the issue names no specific file or test.
