Description
We want the output of `prism-cli --help` to be hosted somewhere. Also, we want this documentation to be updated when the CLI implementation changes.

- Documentation is hosted and accessible for external users
- Hosted documentation auto-updates on repo changes (main branch only for now)

- Documentation versioning (because we don't have that for prism yet)
