Add name of ELN used to create template

Including the name of the ELN used to make a template in the preview or on the entry page would allow users to easily predict whether the .eln file will easily import into their ELN

Confirm where the creating ELN name is available and display it in one of the requested locations. Done means users can see the ELN name before importing the .eln file.
