Including StarRocks in the Delta home page

I was wondering if we could include [StarRocks](https://github.com/StarRocks/starrocks) on the Delta home page, [delta.io](http://delta.io/) —both in the description (listed as one of the compute engines) and the ecosystem diagram below.
StarRocks [uses delta kernel Java to integrate with Delta Lake](https://delta.io/blog/starrocks-kernel/). StarRocks also integrates with Apache Iceberg and Apache Hudi.

Start at the delta.io home page and locate the repository entry point that supplies its description and ecosystem diagram. Add StarRocks as a compute engine in both places, then check the rendered home page to confirm the text and diagram show it correctly.
