Ansible Galaxy Collections

we should bring back the idea of modularizing all the great things we built in Omnia and pull out useful tools that folks may want to you use but not consume all of Omnia.

start with a simple collection, possibly the image builder

doing nothing, and that's no fun!

Start by reviewing the existing Omnia components, with the image builder as the proposed first candidate for extraction. Define the scope of a reusable Ansible Galaxy collection and identify which useful tools can be separated from Omnia; done means an agreed modularization plan and initial collection scope.
