following docker logs on `dbdiscauth` container shows this error:
`Could not create DB Table: Error 1045: Access denied for user 'reftools'@'172.18.0.5' (using password: YES)`
This is on a fresh build using:
main `26417f2`
Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
docker.io v24.0.5
docker-compose v2.20.3
