Improve Stability of GUI

Following issues are seen intermittently -

1. Add New Service - After successfully adding a service and refreshing the page, the list of services doesn't get updated sometimes.
2. Kafka - The Kafka dialogue box doesn't clear after adding configuration

Start with the GUI flows for Add New Service and Kafka configuration, then reproduce the intermittent behavior by adding a service, refreshing, and adding Kafka configuration. Trace how the service list refreshes and how the Kafka dialog is reset. Done means the new service consistently appears after refresh and the dialog clears after configuration is added.
