[Help needed] How to scroll the header along with tableView

Description
Hi, while the refreshControl is showing, if I scroll the tableView upward, the tableViewCell are able to scroll towards the top, but not the header, causing the tableView content to appear above the tableView. May I ask how to make the header to scroll to the top together with tableView? Just like the UIRefreshControl.
