DNS01 Hook - Luadns.com - Add to Wiki?

I've created a bash hook script for use with **dehydrated** that works with [Luadns.com](https://www.luadns.com) here:

I have not found any other such hook scripts that go along with **dehydrated** that uses **Luadns.com**, which led to me creating my own. I've also created a debian package for those running Debian or any of its derivatives if someone wants to install it that way.

Also - thanks for all the great work on **dehydrated** - I've been using it a long time now, it's a wonderful tool.
