[Feature Request]: Interrupt with "Skip video gen" option

### What would your feature do ?

It would be great if this option existed during frame generation, is what my suggestion is about. Just the same function as "skip video creation" but available during frame gen.

### Proposed workflow

1. Press interrupt (without ffmpeg video gen)
2. no video is generated, saving time

Start by tracing the existing frame-generation interrupt and the “skip video creation” workflow in sd-webui-deforum. Run a frame-generation job, interrupt it before video creation, and verify that no ffmpeg video is generated while the generated frames are preserved.
