DESIGN: Add ability to control app orientation in run-time (script) (DEF-2162)

Investigate if we can add ability to control app orientation in run-time (script).
This would be a script command enabling or disabling this behaviour.

Use case:
For projects to determine if an app should support horizontal and vertical orientation not, using a closed test-group without having to ship several versions of the same app.
