UDS site integration with uds-cli docs

Test out the integration of docs directly from CLI to the UDS site under the CLI tab.

What this will do is make the folks responsible for the code also responsible for making sure their docs look good before submitting the change. It will be a bit of work to begin with but I think in the long run it will make everyone’s lives easier.
