Description

### Environment

Device and OS: virtual box VM, Debian 12 bookworm ( this is a brand new install for both the OS as well as the UDS)
App version: N/A
Kubernetes distro being used: N?A
Other: initial install

### Steps to reproduce

1. step 1 under the deploy UDS CLI
2. command "brew tap defenseunicorns/tap && brew install uds"
3. the error displayed

==> Fetching defenseunicorns/tap/uds
==> Downloading https://github.com/defenseunicorns/uds-cli/releases/download/v0.
Already downloaded: /home/d/.cache/Homebrew/downloads/a08e9129d195ecd7e90967ffd26d32b3a4d2542a461caaf8e5c72c1552d09067--14dcb0cc-7e15-43c0-a985-9b77188fe59c
==> Installing uds from defenseunicorns/tap
Error: An exception occurred within a child process:
Errno::ENOENT: No such file or directory - uds-cli_v0.27.2_Linux_amd64

but when i go to the releases that file is there.

i can reproduce it....
