Latest Python bricked Spleeter

- [x] My problem is related to Spleeter only, not a derivative product (such as Webapplication, or GUI provided by others)

## Description

Hi there. I hate Python with a passion.
Now, they have decided to make an update that bricks a bunch of Spleeter dependencies. It also bricked Kodi for some reason.
I have had it up to here with Python.
And of course this isn't your fault. But do you think you could consider building Spleeter as a flatpak or appimage?
Or is there some other containerized solution I can try?
