Illegal Instruction:4 Spleeter install mac os10.14.6

-I'm a newbie here but i did successfully install spleeter on mac os 10.13.6 without any problems. Now i'm on different machine and I've done the following:

1. Installed python 3.7
2. Used conda install conda=4.6.14 to install conda.
3. I used conda install spleeter to install spleeter and it downloaded and the installation was successful.

EDIT: I'm also working from a fresh install of Mojave. I downloaded xcode for Mojave thinking that could help

Now when i run the separate command I get Illegal instruction: 4

I googled the error and found a similar issue but it was for windows issue #376 and I'm also not getting any additional information of where the problem could be in my error message besides "Illegal Instruction: 4"

It's possible i installed this wrong (again i'm a newbie) or maybe someone has had a similar experience and they can share with me a fix for illegal instruciton: 4

I performed a reinstall of python and anaconda and spleeter as well using the same method above and get the same results.
