Description

Recently, I have a need for QAT and I have found the deepspeed MoQ tutorial.

I configured my deepspeed.json just as the example and found that it doesn't work.

I finally noticed that the configuration of quantization have been move to compression_training since v0.7.0. The MoQ document is out-of-dated, please update it.

Research direction

Start with the linked DeepSpeed MoQ tutorial and compare its deepspeed.json quantization example with the current compression_training configuration mentioned in the issue. Update the tutorial so its QAT/MoQ configuration matches the post-v0.7.0 location, then verify that the documented example is consistent with the current configuration format.
