removing per node repeated debug/info prints on distributed setup

Deepspeed generates an insane amount of noise on distributed setup. Running on 64 nodes I end up with probably 5k lines of repeated debug/info on each node. This makes it very difficult to find important information since SNR is close to 0 here.

Start by tracing the JIT build and distributed environment-report output shown in the issue, using the linked main_log.txt to identify which messages repeat across nodes. Done means reducing redundant per-node debug and info output while preserving important warnings and setup information, then validating the behavior in a distributed run.
