Description
I used to use torch.save() to save my model. I might be more used to using torch.save.How about using torch.save() in deepspeed to save the parameters of the model?

Research direction
Start with DeepSpeed's model-saving and checkpoint entry points, then compare them with the PyTorch torch.save documentation. Clarify whether DeepSpeed supports torch.save() directly for model parameters and document the recommended approach, including what a completed answer should enable users to do.
