Description
This list covers software integrating the DeepSeek API. DeepSeek Harness (https://github.com/deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness) is DeepSeek's own agent harness - it runs on the DeepSeek API (deepseek-v4-pro / deepseek-v4-flash, 1M context) and has a community plugin ecosystem of 12,000+ plugins.
I could not find a CONTRIBUTING guide at the repository root, so I'm asking here first:
1. Is DeepSeek Harness in scope for the "AI Agent frameworks" section?
2. What is the preferred submission format (table row plus docs//README, or a PR template)?
