[Question] Use only RDMA non low-latency

Is there a way to force dispatch to use only RDMA even for intranode in non low-latency mode ?
If yes, can. I do it in runtime (using for example an env variable)

No file, test, or entry point is named. First clarify whether non-low-latency dispatch currently supports an RDMA-only runtime setting and identify the relevant dispatch configuration entry point. Done should document or implement a reproducible way to prevent intranode dispatch from using the non-RDMA path.
