Open-source 3FS Kubernetes Operator

We are pleased to contribute our open-source 3FS Kubernetes Operator to the 3FS community. It aims to simplify the deployment and management of 3FS clusters on standard Kubernetes and Alibaba Cloud ACK. Features include, but are not limited to, automatic fault recovery for various components, including FDB, META, MGMT, and STORAGE. The project is located at [kvc-3fs-operator](https://github.com/aliyun/kvc-3fs-operator).

Notably, we have also integrated with SGLANG L3 Global KV Cache [Using HF3FS as L3 Global KV Cache](https://github.com/sgl-project/sglang/tree/main/python/sglang/srt/mem_cache/storage/hf3fs)
