Request about the docker file.

Hello!

I am adding the TBPLaS api into the DeePTB package so the Cell class can be transcripted from the trained DeePTB model. Is there existing Dockerfile for image building of TBPLaS? It will be helpful for making the testing workflow in github of our functions.
