Description
I'm a beginner and just want to use the pre-training tasks of 3D position recovery and masked atom prediction in unimol, what should I do?
I would like to use the class UniMolModel in unimol alone. Also, I noticed that the forward function of class UniMolModel needs to be src_distance, is this generated when the data input is converted to lmdb?
