Description
Creating this issue as was requested in #27.
Would be nice to be able to set these pom properties by the plugin:
- `inceptionYear` in `projectInfo{}`
- `roles` in `developer{}`
- `timezone` in `developer{}`
- `issuManagementUrl` in `scm{}`
- `ciManagementUrl` in `scm{}`
- `contributers{}`
And also an option to disable Central auto publish.
